Shipping policy
At Arch + Skin, we aim to get your order to you as smoothly as possible while maintaining the care and quality your products deserve.
Order Processing
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and fulfillment before shipment.
Many orders ship sooner, but processing times may vary based on inventory timing, order volume, weekends, holidays, product availability, or carrier schedules.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow carriers time to update tracking after the label is created.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless a flat-rate or free shipping promotion is offered.
Domestic Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. Delivery timelines vary by carrier and destination once the package has shipped.
Local Pickup / Local Delivery
If local pickup or local delivery is available at checkout, details and instructions will be provided after purchase.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, transit times and delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping provider.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, routing issues, or marked delivered packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and product so we can review the issue.
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may ship in multiple packages depending on inventory availability or fulfillment timing.
